O'Farrell High School Counselors

Hi, I'm Ja’Nee Womack! I was born and raised in sunny San Diego and have always had a passion for creativity. Whether it’s drawing, painting, sculpting, or sewing, I love any form of art that allows me to express myself. I also enjoy reading and discovering new things to do around town, there’s always something inspiring to explore. My educational journey has taken me from Madison High School to Mesa College, then to San Diego State University, and now to Point Loma Nazarene University. I'm proud to now serve as a school counselor, where I get to support and guide students through their own academic and personal journeys. Helping others grow and succeed is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

My name is Joanna Gonzalez :) I graduated from CSU Stanislaus and PLNU. San Diego is home! I graduated from Mount Miguel High School. I love going on walks with my doggy Nala. She's an Italian Mastiff, and love to show her off, so please ask me to show you a picture of her. I love playing soccer and going to the gym. My faith is a big part of my life. My favorite snacks are hot cheetos and sunflower seeds. I've watched The Office a million times.

Hi, I'm Jonathan Magno, an Intervention Counselor passionate about supporting students and helping them grow both personally and academically. I’m a proud graduate of PLNU and SDSU, and an alum of Mira Mesa High School, Go Marauders! Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring new food spots, sipping on coffee or boba, playing volleyball, going for runs, or capturing moments through photography.
